This position will focus on the accounting and financial analysis of Musco's international sales and operations. Musco has manufacturing operations in South Korea and China, and a regional sales office in the United Kingdom, each of these locations have an accounting team reporting to this position. If giving back is important to you, learn more about Musco's Mini-Pitch System Solution in partnership with the U.S. Soccer Foundation where we've helped youth in underserved areas have access to more recreational opportunities.What you will do as an International Controller:Leading and developing the international account teams to improve processes and procedures to enable efficient and effective transaction processing and reporting for both management and statutory requirements.Analysis of monthly results and regional sales trends, including transfer pricing methodology.Proactive engagement with international business leaders to evaluate sales and manufacturing strategies.Working closely with the Treasury team to optimize global cash from the international entities.Annual forecasting process, including process improvements for the international entities.Coordination with regional controllers to ensure local audits are completed in a timely manner.What you need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in accounting or FinanceSupervisory experience preferred.Previous international accounting and business experience preferred10 years' experience preferably in a large or international manufacturing or construction environment.Effective communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with all parts of TeamProficient in Excel and other necessary business systemsStrong understanding of currency impacts in global transactions.Highly proficient with software to include Excel (Advanced to expert level), Power Point, Word and e-mail programs.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and writtenAbility to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organizationAt Musco, we make it happen and want you to be a part of it.Join Musco where we are Team first, where possibilities come to life, and where we work on local and global solutions that matter.
