seeking a Corporate Skilled Nursing Billing Consultant & Trainer to
serve as the subject matter expert on healthcare billing for all
Life Plan communities. This high-impact role will help shape
process development, ensure best practices and regulatory
compliance, and deliver training and consultation across our
organization. What You’ll Do: Lead process reviews, audits, and
assessments of skilled nursing billing in communities, and provide
actionable feedback and best practices. Stay current with—and help
implement—federal, state, and local healthcare billing regulations.
Develop and maintain engaging, effective billing training materials
for a wide audience, from frontline staff to corporate leadership.
Analyze accounts receivable trends and collaborate to drive
improvement through strategic guidance and training. Work with
cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle software and
support billing excellence. Review denials, ADRs, and appeals to
pinpoint opportunities for process or educational improvement.
Serve as a skilled nursing billing subject matter expert during
onboarding and exit activities for communities. Research evolving
government payer guidelines to keep training and processes fully
compliant. Participate in committee and task force work that

more. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 6
years of related experience (senior living billing strongly
preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the
ability to present complex information simply and clearly. Proven
organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
