Regenexx is actively hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a hybrid role with some onsite required in Des Moines, IA.
The ideal candidate will be a positive and highly organized professional who is proficient in organizing schedules, providing support, and handling multiple tasks. The successful candidate must also have strong communication skills, including presentation design in PowerPoint, and will respond to internal and external communications in a prompt, professional manner.

Job Responsibilities: --- Provide high level administrative support to executives in the workplace --- Maintain CEO/President's calendar with great detail and accuracy, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters --- Organizing meetings and events, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary --- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications and accurate records --- Perform other duties as assigned
