We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role supports our external clients before, during and after the onboarding process. This role will be managing multiple complex tasks while maintaining engagement with our internal team and clients in a professional and punctual manner. This role works primarily within Salesforce and requires a highly organized individual with strong Salesforce experience who excels at leading client conversations, discovering business requirements, and translating those needs into effective product implementations. The Onboarding Specialist defines and executes delivery, and onboarding plans and can test and troubleshoot final systems. In this role, you will be providing end user training during and after the onboarding process while working closely with all team members. Responsibilities: Lead several onboarding projects while providing great service and professionalism Lead client conversations to discover, document, and validate business requirements and use cases Identify areas of complexity, recommend solutions, and guide clients through tradeoffs and best practices Product Expert from both business and technical standpoint Translate customer business requirements and use cases into detailed configuration designs, and identify areas of complexity and propose solutions Work on multiple, complex tasks while staying highly organized and meeting deadlines Take ownership and follow through on client issues until resolved Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive product and process improvements Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-4 years of product onboarding/implementation experience Strong Salesforce experience (administrator, power user, or similar hands-on role) Good communication and interpersonal skills Equipment dealership experience is a plus Strong business sense and industry expertise Benefits: 80% Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Covered 401k Program 11 Paid Holidays Unlimited PTO Competitive Salary Company Stock Options Performance Based Culture Dog-friendly office Tractor Zoom Culture We are a small but mighty team of driven, out-of-the-box thinkers that are hungry for information.
