Leading Chemicals company seeking Senior Process Engineer!!

• Des Moines, Iowa One of the nation's leading chemicals organizations is looking for a Sr Process Engineer to support the Product Development Engineering activities and manage the manufacturing and supply chain aspects of projects and process development. This candidate will be responsible for projects and continuous improvement and supporting supply chain activities as needed. This role will be working closely with the Director of Engineering and Contract Manufacturing.
  --- The Senior Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between the site and the third-party manufacturer
  • Support and act as project manager for new product realization and commercialization
  • Support process and packaging engineering and design
  • Lead GMP certification and management of the division
  • Develop continuous improvement projects and initiatives to support the plant and manage manufacturing compliance to regulatory requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
    • BS and MS in Science or Engineering (process/production engineering)
    • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in FDA and cGMP environment
