- Provide design engineering support to the Planter factory in
Paton
- Investigate, develop, and implement solutions to meet our
Distinctive Product Quality and cost reduction goals for the
Planter product line
- Develop of new features for the Planter product line - - -VISA

- Demonstrated problem solving ability and willingness to attack
emerging issues, determine root cause and drive correction
action
- Ability to collaborate with functional team members from
manufacturing, supply management, product support, marketing, and
product development, as well as suppliers and customers.
- Experience with design and part release
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed manner.What Makes

- Experience with Creo Parametric
- Experience working with the Enterprise Parts Data Management
(EPDM) and SAP workflow/process
- Experience interacting with suppliers to deliver components to
productionEducation -Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent
related work experience in the following: -
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, or
