Identity Access Management Analyst 6 to 12-month contract Pay Rate: $ 35 /hr Local Candidates Only or must be willing to move for the position - 50% on-site for this need The candidate will work remotely until the client returns to the office. All interviews will be conducted by Zoom Once they return to the office, it is possible that the time will be split 50% remote work and 50% in office Client does not provide equipment for remote work. Candidates should have computer and 2nd monitor for successful remote set up. A virtual desktop environment is used by the client Job Requirements:* Provide security-related access management support including identity provisioning, de-provisioning and access change requests.- Primary focus will be on facilitating current staff during quarterly access certification campaigns- Perform ticket management and assist the IAM Engineers with completing day-to-day management and administration of access controls, implementing security for enterprise applications.- Collaborates and interfaces with IAM Engineers, working on process enhancements, projects, and design.Requirements:* The ideal candidate will have Security/Access Management experience and provisioned all types of accounts.* Active Directory, LDAP and Office 365 Experience are neededQualifications:- Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures- Knowledge and understanding of provisioning- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills- Access Management experience- Excel and Microsoft Office skills,- Excellent customer service skills- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsUnderstanding in some or all of the following areas are preferred:Support and Delivery of Enterprise Identity Management SystemsEndpoint and Infrastructure Privileged Access ManagementEnterprise Password SecurityFederated Identity ManagementLDAPUser Life-cycle ManagementRole and provisioning policy ManagementMulti-Factor AuthenticationServiceNow Platform (or equivalent ticketing system)
