Taco John's of Iowa is looking for an Assistant Manager. This position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when with GM is not present. The Assistant Manager may travel to other restaurants to help when needed, so having your own vehicle to use is required. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know.

Starting pay $16.50 - $19.00 p/hour, depending on experience, plus an opportunity to make up to an additional $300 per month in performance bonus. • Helps with the daily operations of restaurant
• Aids in the hiring and training a great team
• Manages all areas in front and back of house
• Ensures food quality
• Manages food and labor costs
• Guarantees the team provides great Customer Service
• Maintains exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred.
  • QSR experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
