Founded in 1971, we believe that the quality of your health care should not depend on how much money you make, what language you speak or what your health is, because everyone deserves great care.Position Summary:The Business Director provides vision and leadership to the employees, patients, and community associated with the Health Center, and services delivered in its service area, in alignment with HealthPoint's vision, strategy, processes, and policies. The Business Director collaborates with the HealthPoint Clinical Director, Clinician Leads, Operations Leaders, HealthPoint Subject Matter Experts and leadership to ensure that services are provided at the highest quality standards of care, while meeting business objectives to support the fiscal health and long-term sustainability of the organization. The Business Director ensures employees, patients, and members of the community have a safe, seamless, and positive service-delivery experience in all interactions with HealthPoint.As a key leader of HealthPoint, the HealthPoint Business Director creates and fosters a culture of inclusivity, respect, understanding, compassion, and empowerment in service to the well-being and growth of its patients, communities, and employees. -Your contribution to the team includes: -

  • Develop a dynamic, business-savvy Health Center strategy that aligns with corporate vision and strategy, company direction and focus. Execute against plan and budget, annually and with continuous agility, to maximize services for assigned community and sites.
  • Provide operational support and leadership that ensures quality, patient experience.
  • Ensure that business success metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Evaluate, monitor and adjust overall performance by consuming and interpreting data and metrics - financial, operational and clinical.
  • Partner with the HealthPoint Clinical Director to ensure a seamless experience for patients across services while achieving optimal business results.
  • Monitor and lead progress toward goal on key performance indicators, including, but not limited to multi-disciplinary quality of care indicators and business indicators.
  • Develop and enhance local community partnerships in alignment with the business and community strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency of services and experiences for patients and employees in concert with HealthPoint's organizational vision and strategy.
  • Coach and develop other operational leaders.
  • Responsible for hiring, performance management, talent development, employee relations, recognition, and training of staff by providing effective leadership. Ensure all work is completed in support and enhancement of the objectives and goals of the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline and enhance office operations using the HealthPoint Lean Management System (HLMS) tools and processes.Must have's you'll need to be successful:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, health care management or a related field and/or equivalent experience and expertise. Masters' degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience leading health care delivery operations.If you know about the following, it's a plus: -
      • Experience with lean process improvement.Proof of immunizations and/or immunity to: COVID-19, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), Varicella, Annual Influenza, and TB are required for all employees. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immunity prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment. -Where to gather your records: -
        • If you received immunizations in Washington, Arizona, Louisiana, Maryland or West Virginia, you may visit to create an account and retain proof of your medical records for the immunity/immunization requirements. -
