Information Technology Service Desk Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily volume of tickets generated from each customer
Developing and documenting processes and procedures
Defining internal IT Service Desk performance indicators
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Minimum of 3-4 years of service delivery experience in combination
with 3 or more years of managing personnel
Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field
ITIL training and/or experience
