About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product
Manager in Commercial Banking Data & Transformation & Sales
Enablement as part of the Wholesale Customer and Account Onboarding
(WCAO) product team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of
business at . The WCAO product team is responsible for maintaining
and enhancing the strategic workflow application that enables the
customer onboarding and data quality onboarding business processes.
This position will work within a team of product management
specialists focused on prioritizing the backlog, developing user
stories, leading a scrum team, feature testing, production
validation, and production support. In this role, you will:
- Analyze the release scope and create user acceptance test
scripts to validate features
- Execute test scripts and log defects
- Establish and execute test automation capabilities
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the
digital environment
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of
the digital strategy
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid
understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or
compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level
managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Required
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the
following: testing, analytics, financial services industry,
financial crimes processes, product management,
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Experience with Wholesale Customer and Account Onboarding
(WCAO) platform
- In-depth knowledge of CDD/KYC, Financial Crimes, and
Relationship Management
- Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable
manner to all levels of management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal
supervision in a structured environment
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other
business and functional areas
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment
while balancing multiple priorities
- Experience in cross-platform integrations and maintenance
