Working with a well-respected multi-location heavy equipment company that is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of--Branch Manager. Excellent customer service skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 5 years management experience or a combination of 8 years diesel repair and service management. Competitive pay and benefits.Branch Manager--Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise staff day-to-day operations in the assigned branch, ensuring the delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals.
• Perform organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling functions.
• Responsible for over all P&L of the branch, and accountable for the results.
• Collaborates with Corporate and other managers to set sales and retail pricing, set performance standards, and when considering financial and operational goals.
• Enforces all policies and procedures in the company manuals.
• Maintains high employee morale and excellent customer relations.Branch Manager--Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience
  • Must have a great understand of construction, concrete, agriculture, or other heavy equipment.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in dealership operations at the management level.
  • Able to drive a company vehicle
