Summary Iron Mountain is looking for a detail-oriented Senior
Program Manager to support key strategic initiatives for client
assigned accounts. The Senior Program Manager will communicate all
client program requirements to cross-functional teams and support
business program execution to meet timelines, milestones, and
ensure client satisfaction across the entire program.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead tactical and strategic planning sessions and maintain the
program documentation that includes all plans and deadlines.
Assist in helping the organization identify and develop
infrastructure and implement process improvements needed to support
Tier 1 clients most efficiently and effectively.
Apply strategic and innovative vision to drive project progress,
ensure stakeholder engagement, and overcome any implementation
obstacles that the project may encounter.
Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreement/Statements
of Work.
Develop best practices and maintain program documentation needed
for managing the program internally and externally (e.g., meeting
minutes, project updates, work instructions, and data reporting for
Quarterly Business Reviews).
Collaborate with Business Development team to create and manage
quotes for onsite projects.
Organize program trainings and maintain training materials,
internally and externally.
Handle escalations, resolve issues, and take corrective actions if
required.
Lead in onboarding new clients and drive all cross-functional
implementation meetings.
Prepare business review decks and participate/drive review
discussions.
Monitor program revenue, profitability, health of the program, and
manage the risks involved in the program.
Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle and
prioritize own tasks and goals relating to short-term
initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce to track activities related to client inquiries,
opportunities, and projects.
Collaborate with the logistics team with scheduling onsite
jobs/pickups with service providers and /or other
subcontractors.
Maintain effective and timely communication with clients to answer
inquiries promptly and accurately.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on client issues
as well as document for further escalation.
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and
create detailed project plans.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to all levels
of the organization. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate
training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or
individuals.
Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage
multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for
resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day
functional needs.
Combination of office and remote work with the ability to travel
throughout the United States.
