The Global Partner Data and Operations team is hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of the partner deal and design registration capabilities. This role is critical to support the growth expectations of Intel's partner network by providing visibility into our partners' pipelines and giving partners an avenue to request support to close a deal. As the deal and design registration product manager you will be responsible for setting the vision/strategy, roadmap, priorities, and capability definition. You will synthesize user needs and market trends to guide the success of the product and, oversee the cross-functional team that is responsible for enabling it.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Experience defining product strategy and building roadmaps to outline tactical steps to achieve the strategy
Proven record of working with cross functional teams to deliver large scale complex technology solutions that meet business need
Disruptive and creative thinking to systematic change
Strong influence stakeholder management and communication skills
Managing ongoing business requirements and evolution of capability
Ability to balance technical and business acumen; able to communicate what is possible and what will have the biggest impact on the business
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
3+ years' experience with channel partner sales processes, sales tools or sales operations
3+ years' experience with salesforce
3+ years of strong product management experience
Experience defining product feature strategy and product road maps with clear objectives and long-term vision
Working experience with modern agile development methodologies and practices
Demonstrated experience engaging, presenting, and influencing at different organization levels
Knowledge of the Intel Partner Alliance
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience in deal registration and sales pipeline management processes

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
