Job Description:

Selectek is seeking a Structural Project Manager to partner with an experienced team of bridge designers to provide project management and structural design expertise on state and local bridge projects in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide project management for state and local bridge projects
Prepare structural design calculations for bridges and other transportation structures
Provide leadership and mentoring to graduate engineers
Perform field investigations to evaluate structural conditions, and develop repair alternatives
Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public
Business development related to bridge infrastructure with current and future clients

Required:

Bachelor--------s degree in Civil Engineering required with an emphasis in structures preferred
5+ years of prior bridge design experience required
PE license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa highly preferred
AutoCAD and/or MicroStation proficiency preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with Departments of Transportation
Previous experience with project management and client relationships preferred
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as solid leadership and collaboration skills
This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

Preferred:

Pay range: $75,000 - $118,000
Location: Madison WI, Baraboo WI, Milwaukee WI, Appleton WI, Marshfield WI, St. Paul MN, Duluth MN, Cedar Rapids IA, Des Moines IA, Dubuque IA, or Quad Cities IA/IL
