About the team:
As part of our Marketing team, you will build and manage the
programs and campaigns that drive net new and expansion revenue
across the full B2B customer journey. We are focused on providing
excellent customer experiences, while meeting the revenue targets
for new customers and expansion targets for existing customers.
About the role:
As Senior Marketing Manager - Integrated Campaigns, you will
partner with members of the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and
Product teams to ensure that we meet prospects and customers where
they are along the journey to provide DHI's world-class solutions.
You'll leverage all marketing channels including email, paid
digital, live and virtual events, direct mail, and social media to
create an integrated campaign experience for our target audiences.
You'll be our internal expert on determining the types of content
and experiences that will create demand and accelerate
pipeline.
Why we're hiring for this role:
We are implementing an integrated campaign approach to reach our
target audiences to support DHI's growth goals for new customer
acquisition and existing customer growth. You will be the principal
driver of this shift and make an org-wide impact by leading
cross-functional collaboration, campaign strategy, design, and
implementation.
In the short term you will:
* Lead integrated B2B marketing campaign teams to meet and exceed
revenue targets
* Create marketing programs that accelerate pipeline through the
full customer journey
* Leverage ABM to achieve the best outcomes for priority target
audiences
* Be a thought leader for integrated campaigns and best
practices
* Partner in developing and executing integrated campaign strategy
across all segments and verticals/industries
* Leverage all components of the marketing tech stack that support
the execution of integrated campaigns
* Partner with and drive alignment with Revenue Operations, Sales
and Customer Success leaders to drive predictable, sustainable
pipeline results
* Apply analytics to drive insights that lead to effective,
efficient LTV and CAC outcomes
* Evaluate the current lead and demand generation activities to
understand current production and opportunities for improvement
* Work with the VP of Growth Marketing to select a marketing agency
to support campaign development
* Begin mapping the ideal customer journey for our primary
personas
In the long term you will:
* Lay the foundation for best-in-class integrated programs for both
net new and customer growth
* Deliver creative campaigns that demonstrate the value of DHI's
products and solutions, while consistently meeting pipeline and
revenue goals
* Own inbound pipeline OKRs for each campaign
* Analyze program effectiveness and regularly share performance and
insights with actionable improvement with Senior Leadership
Team
* Design exceptional experiences for DHI's prospects and
customers
What you bring to the team:
* Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
* Proven results exceeding pipeline targets
* A successful track record of planning and launching successful
integrated campaigns for both prospects and existing customers
* Deep understanding of ABM strategy, best practices and
playbooks
* Experience shaping and managing web and digital strategies and
channels
* Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams in order
to consistently deliver pipeline across segments
* Insatiable curiosity that drives continuous learning about modern
Marketing and GTM practices, as well as an ongoing test and learn
practice
* Ability to execute with urgency
* Experience managing agencies and budgets
* Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales analytics
* Effective influencing and partnership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Tableau
Required:
* Deep understanding of ABM strategy, best practices and
playbooks
* Experience shaping and managing web and digital strategies and
channels
* Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams in order
to consistently deliver pipeline across segments
* Insatiable curiosity that drives continuous learning about modern

Preferred:
* Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Tableau
* Effective influencing and partnership skills
Des Moines pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual
bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual
performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related
knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. $85,000-$125,000
USD
