Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Bridge Project Manager to join
our bridge team in any of the following offices: Madison WI,
Baraboo WI, Milwaukee WI, Appleton WI, Marshfield WI, St. Paul MN,
Duluth MN, Cedar Rapids IA, Des Moines IA, Dubuque IA, or Quad
Cities IA/IL. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements are available
based upon experience. This individual will partner with our
experienced team of bridge designers to provide project management
and structural design expertise on state and local bridge projects
in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Our growing team includes senior
and graduate transportation staff in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and
Iowa, providing you with technical support for your success.

Responsibilities
The work you may do
- Provide project management for state and local bridge
projects
- Prepare structural design calculations for bridges and other
transportation structures
- Provide leadership and mentoring to graduate engineers
- Perform field investigations to evaluate structural conditions,
and develop repair alternatives
- Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the
public
- Business development related to bridge infrastructure with
current and future clients Qualifications
What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required with an
emphasis in structures preferred
- 5+ years of prior bridge design experience required
- PE license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa required
- AutoCAD and/or MicroStation proficiency preferred
- The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with
Departments of Transportation
- Previous experience with project management and client
relationships preferred
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
as well as solid leadership and collaboration skills
- This position requires you to have authorization to work in the
