Job Description:
Seeking a PRN RN for 7p-7a shifts on the Med Surg team in Ponca
City, OK. Responsibilities include managing patient care through
assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while
supervising staff and mentoring non-licensed personnel. Must adhere
to safety goals and population-specific competencies. Requires
current Oklahoma RN license or multistate license, BLS
certification within 30 days, and effective communication.
Additional certifications may be required based on department, such
as ACLS, PALS, or CPR. Must be able to assist with physical
restraints and follow standard precautions. Eligible caregivers
