Currently seeking Family Medicine, Associate Program Director to assist the Program Director in the implementation of strategic planning and execution of educational operations for a 4-4-4 Family Medicine Residency Program. Join our Program Director and dedicated team of Family Medicine Physicians who are passionate about graduate medical education and superior patient care.
Responsibilities Include:

• 
  
• Actively teach residents in an inpatient and clinical setting
  
• Oversee the education and performance of residents in an inpatient and outpatient environment
  
• OB Optional
  
• Oversee 1-2 program wide quality improvement projects
  
• Provide 10-12 lectures on various topics throughout the year
  
• Act as a resource for other faculty regarding administrative concerns and issues
  
• May represent the Program Director in hospital, statewide or community committees or activities as needed
  
• May attend Board Meetings, Finance Committee meetings or other committee gatherings in the director's absence
