Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral
Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise behavioral Clinical Reviewers, manage their
workload, and ensure performance standards are met
Provide clinical leadership and consultation to staff, collaborate
with administrative team, and facilitate management of unit
documents
Perform field work for Health Care Quality Unit contract
deliverables, act as a liaison with consulting psychiatrists, and
assist in developing unit objectives
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Behavioral Health discipline
Active and unrestricted LCSW or LPCC licensure for the State of
California
1+ years of experience in the field of Behavior Health
Some principles of management and supervision; willingness to learn
and grow as a manager
