Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse-Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Des Moines Iowa.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric critical care and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety


Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
BLS and ACLS certification
2+ years of experience in pediatric critical care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
