Job Description:
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with sign-on
bonuses: $4,500 full-time, $2,225 part-time.

Provide high-quality routine care to tenants under RN supervision,
following the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards, and QAPI
programs.
Assist in developing and updating tenant Care Plans, report health
data and changes, and delegate tasks to unlicensed staff based on
their skills.
Qualifications include completion of an approved nursing program,
current Minnesota LPN license, and CPR certification.
