Job Description 3B Healthcare Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description-: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. - Avg. caseload – We average 35-50 cases per day. Our expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes. - Special equipment – We have 3 Davinci robots, we use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and we use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We don’t do many ortho joints. - How many suites – We have 16 OR’s. We run from 12-14 routinely. As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas. - Service lines - Cardiac/ PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures. - Scrub or Circulate – both would be preferred. - Other – the call for weekends is from end of shift on Friday until 0630am Monday. - Weekend Requirements-: TBD - On Call Requirements-: TBD Submission Requirements - 2 years of current OR experience - Scrub and Circulating experience - strong experience in majority of cases including ortho, neuro, trauma, abdominal - Level I experience Profile Requirements-: - Work history/resume - Home/taxable address or Driver License - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) - License verification - References - required during onboarding Certification Requirements-: - BLS (AHA) State License Requirements-: - Iowa or Compact RN License EMR- EPIC About 3B Healthcare Inc.
