Description: Provides direct and individualized nursing care to
patients in a medical-surgical unit. Assesses patient condition,
administers medications, monitors vital signs, and coordinates with
the healthcare team. Educates patients and families on treatment
plans and post-discharge care. Maintains accurate records and
