MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine
physician to join its Rural Health Clinic in Mount Ayr, IA. This
position offers the unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum
family medicine in a welcoming, close-knit community. Physicians
enjoy meaningful patient relationships, a supportive care team, and
the ability to make a lasting impact. Opportunity Highlights Join a
team of 2 Physician and 4 APPs Volume: 15-18 patients/day Call -
1:5 rotation 4-day work-week; M-F (4x10 hour shifts) Outpatient
clinic and nursing home rounding Onsite lab, X-ray, and pharmacy J1
and H1b applicants welcomed Opportunity Details Annual Base Salary
guarantee of $301,000 /yr production incentives $300,000 Bonus
