Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physician in Des Moines, Iowa to join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest! Opportunity Profile Division currently comprised of 20 Internists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers based in 5 locations throughout the metro area 90% Outpatient, 10% Inpatient ? 6-7 weeks in total of inpatient coverage per year General call is 1 in 20 days, with nocturnal NP taking the first call from 4:30 pm-6 am, 7 days a week Large referral base within the clinic of over 270 multi-specialty providers that serve a population area of 1.3 million Family-friendly collegial atmosphere Compensation/Benefits Signing bonus Two-year salary guarantee, which includes additional compensation after breaking even and shareholder track Excellent payor mix 401(k) profit-sharing retirement plan, four weeks paid vacation, optional health, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care, and term life insurance, and flexible spending accounts About Des Moines, Iowa Des Moines is Iowa's capital and hub for business and cultural activity, with a metro population of over 645,000.
