Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Electrophysiology Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity Position Overview We are seeking qualified candidates with experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team for a position located in Des Moines, IA. This role entails working day shifts with a schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts each week, beginning at 7:00 AM. Key Responsibilities - Perform Electrophysiology and Cardiac Cath Lab procedures. - Float across all Des Moines campuses as required, providing support in like units. - Maintain high standards of patient care and follow established protocols. Requirements - A minimum of 24 months of current experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Cath Lab. - A skills checklist specific to Electrophysiology and Cardiac Cath Lab disciplines is required. - Professional references from a charge nurse, supervisor, or nurse manager within the last 24 months. - A valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications - Previous travel experience is desired. - Cardiac Cath Lab experience is preferred. - CEPS or RCES certification is a plus, though candidates without these certifications will still be considered. Orientation Dates - February 2 - February 16 Contract Information The contract spans 91 days with guaranteed hours. Additional Notes Candidates should expect to undergo a thorough interview process and should be prepared to discuss their experience in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Cath Lab environments.
