Opportunity Details: Shared single entrance and waiting area with
Family Medicine with dedicated Internal Medicine exam room and
physician workspace 36 patient contact hours/ week Patient volume:
18-20 100% Outpatient Outpatient Internal Medicine call 1:18
(Second Call) Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health
support services On-site X-ray and lab services J-1 and H1B
