NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 3x12 hr shifts, 36 hrs/week Submission Requirements MUST be open, and willing to extend past the initial 13 week assignment MAY assume charge role, as needed, including precepting new team members as needed 24 months minimum of experience in Med Surg / Med Surg Tele [required] No 1st time travelers accepted must have completed at least '1' travel contract within the previous 18 months proficiency caring for ALL Patient Types variety of med surg patients [required] EPIC emr experience [required] experience with Heparin [required] skills in telemetry/cardiac background [highly preferred] Certification Requirements BLS State License Requirements Iowa Compact Allowed Schedule: Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 3x12 hr shifts, 36 hrs/week - FIRM, no 48s - may be required to float to all campuses including Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Hospital & Methodist West Hospital within pertinent skillset/Unit they are contracted for NURSE's Etc.
