accepting applications for LPN/RN Phone Nurse for its Ames office.
Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able
to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: telephone triage, prescription refills,
injections, documentation in EMR. Education Graduate of an
accredited school of nursing Certification/License Current Basic
Life Support certification for Health Care Providers. Possession of
a State Licensed Practical Nurse license Possession of State
Registered Nurse license Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8 AM - 5:00
PM. Experience One year experience in clinical office preferred.
Epic experience preferred. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal
history background checks are a condition of hire. Benefits
