Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

in school-based services. This role involves providing essential
therapeutic support to students within educational settings,
helping them improve their functional abilities and succeed
academically and socially. Location: Des Moines, IA Setting: School
environment with travel requirements Key Responsibilities: Assess
and evaluate students' needs related to motor skills, sensory
processing, and daily living activities Develop and implement
individualized intervention plans to enhance student participation
and independence Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress Monitor and document
student outcomes and adjust therapy plans accordingly Participate
in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional
insights Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist
with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy Strong
understanding of educational environments and ability to adapt
therapy methods to school settings Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and
staff Flexibility to travel between different school sites as
needed Commitment to fostering positive student development and
