Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Location: Des Moines, IA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,523 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 24 months of current Pediatric Intensive Care experience required License: Active state license required Certifications: PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: 24 months of current Pediatric Intensive Care experience. Must be willing to float to NICU when needed. PALS certification required. Experience with electronic medical records required. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care. This unit features private patient rooms and a comprehensive care environment. The nursing staff will work closely with a team of pediatric critical care doctors. Floating to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit may be required as part of this role. The position involves caring for critically ill or injured infants, children, and teens.
