Job Description:

diverse, high-acuity MedSurg setting. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare
team. Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as
necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on
patients' status. Administer medication as prescribed by the
attending physician. Educate patients and their families on
prevention and post-hospital care. Proven ability to manage
multiple patient care cases effectively. Strong organizational and
interpersonal skills. Expertise in using medical software and
electronic health records (EHR). Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, varied environment. Excellent communication and
critical thinking skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
or ability to obtain. BLS certification, ACLS preferred.
