Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency -
REQUIREDActive IA License - REQUIRED (will not accept active
IMLC)ACLS - REQUIREDProvider must be willing/able to work inpatient
- REQUIREDERCP - REQUIREDEUS - highly preferredClean
Malpractice/Background for Quick Privileges - REQUIREDDetailsStart
