Award-winning-- Luxury Retirement Community in central--Iowa is seeking a high-end Executive Chef who has a gift for leadership and who can bring a fine dining experience to this Senior Living community to join their team. Ideal candidates will have stable tenure in previous jobs, and will have lead a team of at least 6-16 employees in the kitchen/ dining area.-- This provider of senior living has a stylish campus and stable financials. The Executive Chef opportunity offers the chance to develop high-end restaurant style menus. The existing team of dietary and food and beverage directors are great! In the event that the person stepping into this role expresses interest in pursuing the Dietary Manager certification (CDM) they can also earn an bonus in addition to their generous salary. Ideal candidates will enjoy:

• Culinary School preferred
• Stable tenure in prior jobs
• Confidence with managing a team (15 staff on this team)
• CDM a plus
