Job Description:
Krause Group is headquartered in Des Moines, IA and operates in
a hybrid office setting. Our associates are onsite a few days each
week. Role is not fully remote.Are you a skilled family office or

Family Office is looking for a highly motivated professional to
join their team as the Concierge and Personal Assistant providing
front-line support to Krause Group stakeholders, Krause family
members, and key advisors across a diverse range of activities and
requests. In this role you'll manage varying projects and
initiatives within the Krause Group Family Office and be
responsible for creating efficiencies within the team. Reporting to
the Executive Director, Family Office, this role will support them
in several administrative functions and capacities.This challenging
and rewarding position has a high degree of visibility and requires
excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to
juggle multiple priorities.The right candidate will have the

requests of stakeholders, family members, Family Office, and
outside parties expediently and professionallyExercise discretion,
solid judgement, and attention to detailManage expense tracking,
purchase transactions, and completes necessary reportingBuild
itineraries and manage all itinerary details with a high attention
to personal preferencesCreate contingency plans and modify plans
with limited noticePlan domestic and international travel including
arrangement of flights, hotels, car services, dining reservations,
and additional travel-related requestsCreate plans and maintain
task calendar for Family Office related to routine activities and
special projectsCoordinate team's work efforts and encourages
collaboration to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Report
project milestones and status to appropriate partiesRepresent
family and/or Executive Director, Family Office in meetings when
appropriateMaintains file architecture for all content related to
Family Office and ensures proper security and access are in
placeComplete requested research and provide recommendations on a
variety of topics for the Krause family and the Family
OfficeSuggest potential solutions and alternatives to issuesAssume
role of Secretary at all family meetings by taking minutes and
capturing next stepsDevelop and review presentations and reports
produced by Family Office. Provide facilitation and presentation
assistance as necessaryEnsure understanding and tailors
information/message to intended audience. Create, update, and proof
