The HR organization is responsible for building and implementing strategies, programs, and infrastructure to identify, develop, and retain top talent for the company.To achieve these goals, the organization supports a range of areas, including the employee experience, consulting, operations/systems/technology, learning, talent planning and development, employee relations, total rewards, and people analytics.Who we are and what we do at Wells Fargo, individually and as an HR organization, carries tremendous responsibility: HR has a critical role in supporting employees, advancing our company's culture work, supporting its transformation, and shaping our organization's success.Our work each day advances us toward our desired Future State: A focused, flexible, and fast HR organization delivering employee-centric solutions in support of Wells Fargo's priorities.The Human Resources Group Business Process Management (BPM) team is seeking an experienced professional to join us in support of the overall BPM effort at Wells Fargo.- The Business Support Consultant 3 - Group Process Definition Librarian (PDL) position focuses on maintaining process inventory metadata, managing the process change control submissions, collaborating with process owners across HR, other Group PDLs, and Enterprise BPM change control team.High Level Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with HR process owners and subject matter experts to develop and maintain process inventory documentation and metadata, including alignment of processes to services
  • Provide HR Process Librarian support through subject matter expertise for iGrafx and its capabilities
  • Follow established procedures to submit process change requests and partner with Enterprise BPM to complete changes
  • Ensure HR is compliant with BPM Change Control program and process governance activities
  • Manage and maintain process folder structure within iGrafx process repository work-in-progress folders
  • Assist with responding to requests and questions submitted to the HR BPM shared mailbox
  • Promote and educate Business Process Management across all levels of the organization to enable consistent understanding and application of the BPM Framework
  • Actively participate in cross-LOB Process Librarian forums and meetings, providing suggestions to improve enterprise processes and procedures

    Required Qualifications
    • 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Advanced facilitation skills
      • 1+ year of Tableau experience
      • iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience
      • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
      • Technical and business architecture experience
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
      • Knowledge and understanding of Agile

        • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage processes and people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
        • Effective in a variety of presentation settings - one-on-ones, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and senior leaders
        • Proven ability to foster relationships, promote teamwork, influence and motivate others
        • Experience with process implementation and change management efforts associated with HR business process improvement and re-engineering
        • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative and accountability
        • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology and modeling
        • Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
        • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
        • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

          The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
