Job Description:

Our global client is looking for a leader to join their team and guide an end to end FICO implementation. This role has immense growth potential and is a direct hire position for someone who is looking for a long term fit.Position Description:* Support globally for SAP Finance and Controlling.* Able to handle end to end roll-outs in FI and CO area.* Responsible for smaller projects within the USA region for FI/CO.* Provide functional support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements and prepare design documents and detailed specification for ABAP programming.* Analyze the existing business processes and business data.* Collect & Create Demand Specification in Co-Operation with the business users* Work together with cross-functional teams, vendor's/business partners and customer to ensure successful implementation.* Responsible for current and new localization in USA* Should be able to advise business like a financial controller in the organization, support MEC process when needed.* Guide & steer external consultants for localization process or specific requests.* Support Finance & Controlling functions in daily/period end closing activities.* Pro-active and prospective working behavior for FI/CO process & legal needs.Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.* 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO with business processes exposure.* At least 3 full life cycle implementation of a SAP roll-out.* Knowledge in AP, AR, financial analysis, financial planning & budgeting, Inventory management, product costing (actual & standard costing) & material ledger* Good knowledge in Integration with SD/MM/PP-PI.* International roll out experience will be an advantage.* Willingness to travel with an average of 25% is a prerequisite
