OverviewThe Workplace Automation team is seeking to find talented software engineers who are passionate about development in one or more of the following areas:

  • Front-end developer developing novel web-based user interfaces using modern tools and frameworks such as React & Redux.
  • C# developer building APIs, helper applications, or back end systems
  • Power Platform Engineer Building custom applications and automating process using the Office 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)These engineers will work in teams to design, code, test, debug, and implement software applications in SharePoint, and the Office 365 suite of tools, in support of research and engineering. Candidates will work with various computer technologies, on various platforms and developers must be conversant about their features. They must be able to work on Windows systems. They should understand a mix of technologies such as C#, .Net, React, and Javascript. Should possess basic computer knowledge to design and customize programs for various systems and platforms.TASKS YOU MIGHT WORK ON:
    • Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems, web interfaces, and/or applications in SharePoint.
    • Work in tandem with our talented User Experience team to develop novel web-based User Interfaces using modern JavaScript/React libraries and frameworks
    • Implement back-end services or APIs in C# connecting to various data sources in support of User Interfaces or larger software systems
    • Use the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) to build standalone apps, reports, and automations
    • Leverage cloud technologies for software deliveryEXPECTED OF YOU:

Works collaboratively within a team to execute on the full system development lifecycle including analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements; developing technical specifications based on conceptual design and requirements; developing well-crafted and documented source code; integrating hardware using software; automating manual tasks; and consulting with the end user to prototype, configure, refine, test, and debug programs or systems to meet needs. Identifies and evaluates new technologies or methods for implementation and continuous improvement.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
          • BS/BA and 5+ years of relevant work experience -OR-
          • MS/MA and 3+ years of relevant work experience -OR-
          • PhD with 1+ year of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:
            • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/React.
            • 4+ years developing for SharePoint, or similar content management system like Microsoft Dynamics CRMC# .NETAPI calls.
