end users --- Basic troubleshooting and tier 1 support - both face
to face and over the phone --- Password resets --- Domain user
accounts login --- Basic active directory --- Remote desktop
support --- Uses Google Suite for their interface, but open to
someone who is exclusively using Microsoft O365 --- Looking to have
someone with GREAT soft skills, customer service, calm demeanor and
can handle face to face interaction & walk ups. -
