You will be someone thatresolves impediments and has control over the scrum processes. The scrum masterprovides effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, coaching, andmentoring skills supporting the agile development framework. In addition, thescrum master promotes inspection, adaptation, and transparency within thecontext of a scrum team.Roles & Responsibilities:--- Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies - daily stand-up, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, and other meetings as needed--- Work with Product Owner, cross-functional development team to support business value delivery--- Track and report on development team metrics such as velocity, risks, sprint burndown, release burndown, cumulative flow, etc. and works to improve the efficiency of the development team--- Remove and/or escalate impediments as necessary--- Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences--- Build relationships with other organizational scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization--- Ensure development team is working efficiently towards sprint goals--- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect--- Forecast numbers of deliverables possible in and integration, which is based on evidence and reliable sources.--- Coach the development team and project stakeholders on agile and scrum practices, processes and tools--- Recommend process improvements and assist in changes as needed--- Create an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.--- Lead and coach the organization in its Scrum (and/ or SAFe) adoption;--- Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum (and/or SAFe) Team--- Ensure successful hand-over of the project products into IT and Business operations to support the achievement of the business benefits.--- Manage customer and stakeholders expectations in coordination with respective Relation Manage and Business Solutions members.
