We are seeking a highly talented Software Engineer II to join our
innovative team at Tractor Zoom. In this role, you will play a
pivotal role in the development and architecture of a world-class,
scalable solution tailored to meet the diverse needs of our
customers. You will help accelerate the development of our
products, strengthen our process and grow our engineering culture.

Location : West Des Moines, Iowa Schedule : Hybrid - 4 days in
office and 1 day remote *Applicants must be authorized to work for
any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over
sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Responsibilities: 1
Priority – Build great software that our customers and users will
love. Design and develop features and functionality for our Sales
Platform and Data solutions with minimal direction. Contribute
meaningfully to architectural discussions, with an eye toward
scalability, reliability, and performance. Write automated tests
and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability,
and adherence to team standards. Implement and maintain CI/CD
pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment
processes. Apply security best practices to protect the integrity
and confidentiality of user data. Stay current with emerging
technologies, trends, and best practices; assess their relevance to
our roadmap. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve
productivity and code quality. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2–4
years of software development experience. Experience with React,
TypeScript, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with CI/CD
solutions such as GitHub Actions. Experience working in an AWS
environment. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and
best practices. Ability to write reliable, clean, and maintainable
code efficiently. Strong communication skills and a collaborative
team mindset. Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus. Benefits: 80%
