Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings,
conducting discovery, making court appearances, attending
depositions, and participating in trials
Provide legal advice to clients, presenting facts, laws, arguments,
and legal theories in a clear and concise manner
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and
strategy development
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to and in good standing with the California state bar
Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant
technology
