A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents under attorney supervision
Coordinate legal due diligence for transactions
Maintain corporate transactional documents and provide information
to internal customers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience, or equivalent
Experience in transactional matters as a corporate paralegal
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with domestic and international legal developments
