Job Description:
Position Title: Senior Assembler Wage: $22.00/hour Shift: 1st or
2nd Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday) or 4:00pm - 2:00am
(Monday - Thursday) Skilled Assemblers Wanted: Put your expertise
to work assembling complex, high-quality products in a senior-level
role where your technical skills matter. This position in Des
Moines, IA is ideal for experienced assemblers who can read
blueprints and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot issues, and mentor

Responsibilities: - Perform advanced assembly of complex products
and subassemblies - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics,
wiring diagrams, and work instructions - Conduct in-process
inspections to ensure quality and accuracy - Troubleshoot assembly,
tooling and process issues - Train and mentor junior assemblers and
new hires - Support workflow coordination and continuous
improvement efforts Requirements for Senior Assembler: - 1 year of
wire harness or complex assembly experience - Strong attention to
detail and manual dexterity - Ability to communicate effectively
and meet production deadlines - Ability to lift up to 30lbs
