- Intermediate technical PC skills including knowledge of
operating systems, networking, and/or hardware required.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong communication, customer
service, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Working
Conditions: May be required to move 50-60 pounds as a physical
requirement of this position.
- May be required to provide on call support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; computer related
designation or certification preferred.
- Two to four years related work experience required. .
Responsibilities: Log, diagnose, and resolve computer-related
calls. Primary duties would be providing phone, chat and walk-up
support to RIS employees needing IT support.
