Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director
which will foster a culture of engagement and recognizing
our associates who embody the passion and enthusiasm to help
us reach and exceed our goals, build stronger and healthier

This individual will drive clinical efficiency for the
Hospice program in Des Moines, Iowa and Hospice House in
Johnston, Iowa overseeing a team of hospice clinical employees. In
this role, you will oversee the Episodic Management, Clinical
program development and delivery, quality enhancement and
excellence. Must be well versed in tactics to increase staff
productivity and enhance customer service.

Qualifications What you’ll need:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
Two years hospice clinical experience
Three years hospice management
Excellent clinical skills
Thorough knowledge and understanding of hospice regulatory
