become an Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the home
office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads the
budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning implementation and
business strategic analysis. Conducts financial analysis, modeling,
forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial

Ensure FP&A team is working collectively to streamline the
reporting capabilities of the company.
Determine data reporting strategies to provide critical
information to the communities, operations, marketing, and other
key departments; maintains statistical and financial dashboard
Prepare and distribute management reports emphasizing
operational and financial performance metrics, historical results,
industry benchmark comparisons, budgets, forecasts and trends to
enable accountability across the organization.
Responsible for the development of the annual budget, ten-year
projects and monthly forecasting process
Responsible for the development and maintenance of models for
mergers and acquisition analysis; works closely with senior
leadership in the analysis of new business opportunities and
development of new business lines.
Develops and performs self-initiated financial analysis to
evaluate trends, key performance indicators, model future behavior,
support capital-planning decisions and create insights to drive
financial return and achievement of financial goals.
Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and other

Bachelor's degree with major or minor in accounting, finance, or
related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Seven to 10 years of experience in financial analysis and
