Description:This entry level processor role will be working remote. This role will be supporting back office change requests for existing personal and commercial line insurance policies and is a true contract to hire.Daily Duties:Primarily responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all revisions are accurately entered into the systems. Will be performing entry level transactions and not just performing data entry. Will be trained on 8-10 different transactions and will review in the que, reference the appropriate procedure document, and process or pass on to the appropriate agent.Decision making will be a part of this role!Will be reviewing electronic documents, navigating multiple systems and working back and forth on dual monitors. The ideal candidate will have basic computer literacy skills, the ability to multi-task and a keen eye for attention to detail. Service level metrics and quality assurance must be met by the associate. Will provide organizational support to business operations by performing tasks such as data entry, research, navigating through multiple systems and working on dual monitors.Corrects errors that results from improper classification, underwriting, agents and or accounting inputs.Identifies missing policy information and if necessary contacts agents to secure and verify needed information.Handles data entry change requestsCompares data entered with source documentsSkills:Data entry, Document review, Insurance, Process ordersTop Skills Details:insurance processing, data entry, document reviewAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High School DiplomaStrong computer skills/dual monitor experience - 1+ yearsStrong attention to detail - 1+ yearsAbility to work from home and have high speed internet access (30 mb/second are recommended) Must pass assessmentNo time off requests for a minimum of 3 weeks to complete training.
