Now Hiring HR Administrative Assistants! As an HR Administrative Assistant, your primary focus will be on supporting the successful onboarding of new employees. This position works closely with the HR Service Center, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to ensure a positive new employee onboarding and transition experience. Daily Tasks include:

• Facilitating the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form process for new employees
• Providing timely and accurate data management processing of employee records within the HR systems
• providing operational support and administration of HR processes following documented procedures
• Utilize technologies such as MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, and Teams; Adobe Sign; HRIS systems including PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM; E-Verify and Document archive/retrieval system
• Will have to work swiftly, with a high sense of urgency, and be comfortable with frequent shifting priorities and tight, time-sensitive deadlines.
• Exhibit time management, multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and organizational skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or 1+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • MS Office programs experience including Outlook, Word, OneNote, and Teams.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM)
